Milissa, thanks for turning me on to this painter and the Julian Beever work. Also I have such fond memories of reading the Gordon Parks Autobiography that you quote. Such a rich full life he has had and continues. I saw something the other day about him at an event for PS8 in Brooklyn where his grandkids attend.
